Early registration for Finding Your Dharma Ends tonight

Hi Reader,

Just a quick note to let you know that early bird registration for Finding Your Dharma ends tonight.

For many people, “Finding your dharma” can sound like an abstract idea or even like a luxury — something to think about when life is calm and everything else is already in place.

But in my experience, it becomes most relevant at the exact opposite times.

When there’s uncertainty.
When there are competing pressures.
When it’s not clear what to prioritize or how to move forward.

This is why the stories of yoga wisdom tradition are set in extreme circumstances: to show us how knowing our dharma means knowing the best way to respond to the world around us.

Knowing your dharma means being able to maintain your inner balance while taking dynamic action to meet whatever challenge you’re facing at any given moment.

If finding equanimity in action is challenging for you right now, a question you can ask yourself is:

Am I making decisions that are actually aligned with who I really am and what I’m meant to do?”

That’s what this course is designed to help you think through.

Not by offering quick answers, but by giving you a clear framework for understanding your nature, your values, and the kinds of roles and responsibilities that actually fit you.

So that your decisions begin to feel more grounded and less uncertain.

The course includes:

• Four live 90-minute classes (April 18–19 and May 2–3 @ 12:00 PM EDT)
• Two additional pre-recorded classes
• Worksheets and reflection exercises
• Recordings if you can’t attend live
• 8 hours of Yoga Alliance continuing education credit

You can find full details and register by clicking this link.

The early registration rate of $147 ends tonight. After that, the course will be offered at $197. The investment is payable in one or two parts.

If this is something you’ve been considering, this is the best time to take a closer look.

I’d be glad to have you join us.

P.S. If you’re unsure whether this is the right time for you, feel free to reply. I’m happy to help you think it through.

Greetings Reader, We visited my hometown Krishna temple in NYC a couple of weeks ago. It was wonderful to be there: fantastic kirtans in the temple room, exquisite Deities on the altar, and a very nice talk about the connections between bhakti philosophy and our search for happiness. After the lecture, we sat with a few other attendees as we all enjoyed the delicious vegetarian dinner that the temple offers as part of their regular Sunday evening program. I’m sure no one really wanted to go...

Hi Reader, One of the questions I hear most often from yoga practitioners and students is some version of this: “How do I know what my dharma really is?” It sounds like it should be a simple question. But in practice, it rarely is. Part of the difficulty is that we’re usually trying to answer it while standing in the middle of competing pressures. Career expectations, family dynamics, financial realities, and the constant comparison culture of social media all influence how we think about our...

Hi Reader, Enrollment is now open for Finding Your Dharma, a live online course designed to help you explore one of life’s most important questions: What kind of life am I actually meant to live? In the yoga wisdom tradition, this question is explored through the idea of dharma—the alignment between your natural talents, your values, and the way you contribute to the world. When that alignment is missing, life can start to feel slightly off track. You may notice that: • you feel boxed into...
